Owner
Starting her career in 1991 in California, Liliana Castillo learned and experienced the different phases of the growing escrow world. She is knowledgeable in short sales, the different facets of purchases and refinances. She helped clients as a bilingual speaker knowing English and Spanish.
With the years, Liliana has become quite an expert thriving in fast-paced, stressful and ever-changing business environment while maintaining a positive, balanced attitude building team relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers and various lenders. Since the beginning of her career continuing to today, she has and will continue providing the best customer service throughout the whole escrow process and to progressively grow her book of business. Rebeca Castillo
Escrow Officer
Becky is a young escrow officer and real estate paralegal who has had 8 years of Escrow Experience. Starting her career in Arizona in 2016 she learned the laws pertaining to Arizona law. She expanded to New Jersey the last three years where she excelled in title and pursued further into real estate law. She has worked with various attorneys in closings and has since been working remotely.

Marissa Castro is an experienced Senior Escrow Officer with over 24 years of expertise in Arizona’s title and escrow industry. A native Arizonan, Marissa has built an outstanding reputation for her comprehensive knowledge and ability to manage diverse transactions across various sectors, including new builds, resales, refinances, vacant land, mobile homes, investor transactions, and commercial properties. Her deep understanding of the industry and passion for delivering exceptional service have made her a trusted partner for clients.
Marissa thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, consistently maintaining a strong work ethic and providing prompt, clear communication to all her clients. Known for her personable approach, she enjoys building relationships and takes pride in ensuring smooth, efficient transactions from start to finish.

Marissa has been happily married to her husband for five years, and together they have a blended family with three children and one granddaughter. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and meeting new people.
